The standards of behaviour expected of everyone who learns with Edu Learning.
This Learner Conduct policy sets out the standards of behaviour Edu Learning expects from everyone who studies with us, whether you are an individual learner, part of a workplace cohort or studying through a school or community organisation. Online learning works best when every learner can participate safely and respectfully, and these expectations exist to protect that experience for all users of this website and our learning platform.
Treat fellow learners, facilitators, coaches and support staff with courtesy. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, offensive language and personal attacks are not acceptable in any Edu Learning space, including live sessions, discussion areas, assessment submissions and messages to our team.
Where a program includes quizzes, tasks or other assessments, the work you submit must be your own. Do not copy another learner's work, submit work produced by someone else as your own, share assessment answers, or misrepresent your identity when completing assessed activities. Where assessment contributes to a certificate or micro-credential, integrity breaches may result in the result being cancelled and the certificate withdrawn.
Your learner account is personal to you. Do not share your login details, allow others to complete learning under your name, or attempt to access another learner's account, course content you have not purchased, or restricted areas of the platform. Report any suspected unauthorised access to us promptly.
Do not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing material to the platform; do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or test the security of our systems; and do not use the platform to advertise, spam or solicit other learners. Course materials must not be copied, recorded, resold or redistributed outside the licence described in our Online Learning Terms.
In webinars, guided cohorts and coaching sessions, follow the facilitator's reasonable directions, keep discussion relevant and constructive, and respect the privacy of other participants. Sessions must not be recorded by participants without the facilitator's permission, and information other learners share in a session should not be shared outside it.
Depending on the seriousness of the breach, we may issue a warning, remove content, restrict participation in live sessions, suspend an account while we investigate, or withdraw access to a program without refund in the case of serious or repeated breaches. Where a learner participates under a workplace licence, we may also inform the sponsoring organisation's administrator. We will always explain the reason for any action taken and give you an opportunity to respond.
Cohort discussions and live sessions often involve learners sharing workplace examples and personal experiences. Treat this information as confidential: do not screenshot, copy or share other participants' contributions, contact details or personal stories outside the program without their permission. Employers with reporting access under a team licence receive progress and completion information only, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Conduct expectations run both ways. Edu Learning facilitators, coaches and support staff will treat you with respect, respond to questions professionally, apply this policy consistently and fairly, protect the personal information you share with us, and give you a genuine opportunity to be heard before any serious conduct decision is made. If you feel a member of our team has not met this standard, we want to know about it through the complaint pathway below.
If another learner's behaviour is affecting your learning, or you believe conduct action taken against you was unfair, contact us at info@caqa.com.au, on 1800 266 160 or through our contact page. Concerns are handled confidentially, and complaints are acknowledged within two business days.
